Dr. Cheryl Tenpas, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA

Cheryl graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2009. In her quest to become an expert pelvic floor PT, Cheryl earned the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) as well as the Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) from the Academy of Pelvic Health of the American Physical Therapy Association.

As an active Montana mom herself, Cheryl strives to lift up your pregnancy and post-partum experience with evidence-supported care specific to your goals. Montana Pelvic Health provides a safe and welcome space for little ones, so bring ‘em in!

Cheryl delivers culturally informed, inclusive care to all.

She has uniquely participated in perinatal mental health trainings as well as Spinning Babies in order to more completely serve and care for the perinatal people of Montana.

While many pelvic floor PTs choose to focus solely on women’s health, Cheryl has extensive experience treating male as well as pediatric pelvic floor concerns.

Cheryl is a certified lymphedema therapist and holds the prestigious Lymphology Association of North America designation (CLT-LANA). She is also a 300 hour yoga therapist since 2012.

Montana Pelvic Health uniquely offers real-time ultrasound imaging for biofeedback, advanced therapeutic dry needling, a hands-on care focus, functional exercise prescription, in addition to traditional PT interventions as needed.
